The boy hasSEMH,behaviour issuesand can be very difficult. Despite the challenges of the role this would be extremely rewarding to a resilient LSAlookingto make an impact.Experience working withSENand challenging behaviouris necessary andrecentprevious experience will be looked upon favourably.
