Maternity cover until 20/02/2023 or until the substantive post holder returns.

Salary:  Grade 5 - £30,060.83 to £39,281.98 (pro rata: £18,036.50 - £23,569.19) depending on experience and qualifications

HSDC is looking for an experienced and innovative English Functional Skills Lecturer to deliver levels across Entry 1-Level 2. You must be able to be diverse and have had experience of teaching Functional Skills English to 14-16 and post-16 students.

Ideally, you should have a Level 5 or equivalent subject specialism qualification in English in the lifelong learning sector and have your GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent. The successful post holder should be committed to delivering the highest standards of teaching and be able to inspire students and be an excellent team player.
