What do you need to be a successful Vocational Trainer at Activate Learning?

Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional qualification and/or a degree, preferably with a generalist Performing Arts or Dance base to support the development of a wide variety of skills within our practical lessons and workshops. A strong focus in Acting, Dance and Musical Theatre would be particularly useful. In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have an open mindset and attitude towards technology and virtual learning tools. Along with current Maths and English skills, you will also demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate their desire and ability to work alongside the wider team to develop links with local businesses and the wider community to build and engage students in valuable work experience and project-based learning.
