The Young ESOL area is a diverse, unique and innovative department that is rapidly expanding and looking for talented, inspiring and enthusiastic staff to join the team.
You will deliver a high quality teaching and learning support to young adult learners with ESOL needs following the lockdown and time away from the classroom to enable them to catch up and achieve their ambitions in relation to preparing for language skills development, self-confidence and next steps into further study. Your support will be in remote lessons and in class.
The successful candidate will hold a CELTA Level 5 qualification with at least a Level 2 in English and Maths. They must have knowledge and demonstrate experience of working with young (16-18) learners.
