18 hours per week, Fixed term until 31 July 2023
£38,177 per annum pro rata (Actual £19,088 per annum)

An opportunity has arisen within the ESF Co-Designed New Anglia Technical Curriculum project as a 0.5FTE Project Manager until 31 July 2023. The project is partially funded by the European Social Fund and brings together five colleges across New Anglia to translate sectors skills plans into tangible and insightful curriculum with employers.  The project aims to co-design curriculum models, curriculum content and staff training opportunities with SMEs to plug the gap between required and current skills within the following sector areas;
  • Clean Energy
  • Information Technology and Communications/Digital
  • Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering
  • Agri-tech
  • Construction
  
As the lead delivery partner, we are looking for an individual with a background in either teaching, project management or team leadership to work closely with 5 Technical Curriculum Designers across the colleges who will each have a specific sector focus, supporting them as necessary to move the project forward. You will ultimately be responsible for overall project coordination and processes, making sure that specified outputs are achieved and ensuring that ESF project requirements are met, including that of all delivery partners.
