Lecturer – ICT Technical Qualifications

Full-time, 37 hours per week | Permanent | £23,579 - £33,849 per annum

We are seeking a motivated candidate to deliver consistent, high quality vocational training for technical ICT qualifications in the areas of Networking and Infrastructure, specifically Information Communication Technician & Digital Support Technician standards. You will need to be able to offer training and support that maintains learners’ engagement and motivation so they can succeed.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have relevant, current technical experience, qualified to Level 4 in an infrastructure-based IT Technical subject (e.g. Networking, IT systems, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security);
  • Be qualified to teach/deliver training and assess learners’ work;
  • Have knowledge of and experience in teaching/delivering ICT Technical qualifications up to Level 4, with a successful track record of supporting learners to timely completion of course aims;
  • Have excellent English, digital and communication skills; experience of remote and e-learning delivery an advantage;
  • Be able to work independently, maintain learners’ engagement and motivation and managing both assigned and self-recruited caseload;
  • Be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with local employers to promote services in the workplace.
