Full-time | Permanent | £18,691 – £20,553 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

You must have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to prioritise.
  • Experience of working under pressure.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that administrative tasks are maintained to the highest standard of quality at all times.
  • Prioritise and manage and ever changing workload to include diary management, chasing actions, arranging meetings, producing agendas, liaising and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the ELT in their line management responsibilities including monitoring sickness absence, preparation for appraisals, organising 1:1 meetings, recruitment processes etc.
  • To support with the collation and distribution of Board and committee papers, and administrative tasks associated with governance. 
  • Manage the College external lettings process.  To ensure safeguarding, health and safety and other due diligence processes are in place and produce invoices.
