Job Title – HE Academic Registrar
Salary - £41,871 (M6) per annum
Basis – Full time, permanent
We are now looking to appoint to the crucial role of HE Academic Registrar to provide strategic leadership and management of our UCR Registry and Academic Services Team, and UCR Inclusive Learning Team. These teams play a pivotal role in ensuring that UCR meets the highest standards of quality and student satisfaction across our portfolio of Higher Education programmes. The Registry and Academic Services Team provide a wide range of student-facing roles, supporting the effective and efficient application, enrolment, assessment, progression and graduation of our students. The Inclusive Learning Team work with any student who has a declared learning difficulty or disability to provide additional support funded by the Disabled Students Allowance, alongside an open-access learning mentoring service which is available to all UCR students. As the HE Academic Registrar, you will define, refine and manage the delivery of these services, maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
To be successful, you will have a sound understanding and experience of working within the Higher Education regulatory framework, with extensive knowledge of the HE sector. You will be a confident and effective communicator, with a track record of leading and managing teams to deliver an exceptional service and effective support.
