Job Title: Lecturer in Health and Social Care
Salary: From SCP 24 (£26,200) to SCP 34, (£35,215) per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours: 18.5 hours per week – 0.5 FTE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward thinking individual to join our Health and Social Care team. You will be qualified to Degree Level and have industry experience in a relevant Health setting. We do require someone with specific experience from the health sector however we would not restrict the appointment of the most suitable candidate should they be experienced to teach effectively in this area. Courses currently delivered within the department are at Level 2 and 3 for programmes through BTEC and NCFE CACHE for both 16-19 and adult learners. The Department is also proud to be a pioneer provider for the new T Level in Health and Science since 2021 with the programme becoming an area of anticipated growth.
