About the role: Temporary Faculty Coordinator
Activate Learning are recruiting Temporary Faculty Coordinators to join our teams on a temporary basis, starting immediately until December 2022, with the potential to extend.
Working closely with the Faculty Manager, your focus will be on supporting the team’s objectives through providing effective administrative support for key events in the academic planning cycle, including:
Full or part-time opportunities available, up to 37 hours per week, based at Technology campus in Blackbird Leys. Please note on your application form your preference in working hours, if part time.
The rate of pay is £12.44 - 13.59 per hour depending on skills and experience.
What do you need to be a successful Temporary Faculty Coordinator at Activate Learning?
Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and having previous administration experience is essential to the role. You will be a passionate individual who likes to help and support, particularly supporting our teachers and students.
We are currently recruiting for permanent Faculty Coordinators at our campuses, so if interested, you will have the opportunity to be considered for the permanent position.
