The Wellbeing and Safeguarding Officer is part of the Safeguarding and Wellbeing support team. You will be working with our Safeguarding Manager and team to provide advice, guidance and support to enable students to thrive and be success in their journey through college.


What we are looking for

An exciting position has become available within our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team. We are looking for a person with experience of Youth work, teaching/training, counselling or coaching to join our team. You will be a pivotal member of the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team and provide support including mental health, housing, bereavement etc. you will be signposting to external support and agencies and advocate for our students.  If you can champion inclusion, support young people to achieve their potential and you have experience of promoting wellbeing then we would welcome an application from you.
