Assistant Area Head in Computing

About the Role

You will assist the Area Head in the operational management and quality assurance of programmes within the area to ensure and promote the quality of teaching and learning on all programmes. You will manage staff and resources to ensure excellence in teaching, learning and assessment to ensure students make excellent progress and achieve positive destinations

About You

You will be an experienced, qualified computing teacher with significant knowledge and experience of current best practice and innovation in computing, with experience of direct course leadership. You will be committed to delivering excellent teaching and learning programmes to students of all abilities and have the desire take your career forward in a management role.
