About the role:
As a Digital Admissions Adviser at Activate Learning you could support learners throughout their journey with us, from initial enquiry or application to enrolment and beyond. With a specific focus on Short Courses, you'll work on our learning for leisure, professional and blended online and practical Adult Education courses.
You will interact with customers via telephone and digital messaging from their earliest enquiry, and processing them through application stage to enrolment. You’ll process course payments and refunds, and ensure customer feedback is recorded and reported on.
Part of this role will be supporting out Cytech cycling courses in particular, planning start dates and accommodation for learners.
What do you need to be a successful Digital Admissions Adviser at Activate Learning?
Being great with people and an excellent communicator is key to being successful in this role, having the ability to talk to our customers with ease, ensuring you always provide an excellent customer experience.
If you have great attention to detail and organisational skills, then a career with Activate Learning as a Digital Admission Adviser could be a great choice for you. In addition, you will have:
Experience with cycles, ideally working on them, or a willingness to complete a Cytech course yourself, would be desirable.
