Therefore we are seeking non-judgmental and encouraging individuals to work as School Mentors. School Mentors are highly sought after in Birmingham, so if you have previous experience working within schools, or with children and young people with SEMH needs including youth clubs, outreach teams and more, we'd love to hear from you. Most of our School Mentor roles require you to work on a one-to-one basis, so being able to work full time to build a raport with the student is essential.
