London South East Academies Trust

London South East Academies Trust currently comprises eight schools, providing high quality education for 5-19-year olds across the boroughs of Bromley and Bexley. Our schools, all rated Good by Ofsted, include a mainstream primary alongside special and alternative provision.

Formerly known as Bromley Educational Trust, our expanding multi academy trust was renamed in 2016, reflecting our aim to develop excellent education across the wider region.

With a combined turnover of circa £80m and the ambitious growth plans of the group, there has never been a better time to join this exciting organisation.

The Role

Bramley Oak is a primary Social, Emotional and Mental Health School (SEMH) in Surrey, offering a specialist educational provision to pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2 who have an EHCP or Statement for SEMH.

Bramley Oak Academy has progressed substantially. Now part of London South East Academies Trust, the school benefits not only from the trust-based systems that have been embedded but also from the support, guidance, and relentless endeavours of all those involved who are committed to ensuring that Bramley Oak Academy becomes the provision of excellence the children deserve it to be.

Bramley Oak Academy is a growing school with 61 children currently on roll with the numbers growing to 104 by September 2024. To ensure this is possible substantial funding has been provided to enhance the existing facilities as well as add new provision.

Bramley Oak Academy are looking for an inspiring and adaptable Deputy Head of School to support the Head of School and Executive Headteacher on its rapid improvement journey.

The Trust's DBS policy covers the recruitment of ex-offenders which is available upon request.
