Bridgwater & Taunton College is located in the heart of Somerset, with main centres in Bridgwater, Taunton and Cannington. The College has an excellent reputation both regionally and nationally as a highly successful provide of Education & Training.
The post-holder will deliver the Science Curriculum across the International Baccalaureate and Access programmes, working alongside other subject lecturers and the Course Leaders.

Ideally you will have some industry experience and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will be expected to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across allocated courses, programmes and subjects and be a part of a successful team of staff to contribute to the College’s expectations of quality.
In this role your teaching commitment will be based on 828 FTE, your holiday entitlement will be 35 days a year (pro-rata), with an additional three weeks off-site CPD (pro-rata).
