Visiting Teacher – Pattern Cutting & Clothes Making

The Tooting Campus of South Thames College are now looking for a Visiting Teacher to teach adult learners across different levels to ensure that they can achieve success in their Pattern Cutting and Clothes Making course.

You will deliver varied and effective teaching and learning sessions in which all members of the group are respected and able to participate and develop course objectives, using effective course and lesson plans designed to monitor learners’ progress.

We’re looking for someone who possesses a professional background in the field of Clothes Making – someone who can bring knowledge of principles of clothes making and pattern cutting. You will have an excellent level of computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

A teaching qualification is not essential, however, we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.

Closing date for the return of completed applications is 2nd December 2022.
