About the role:
Our Digital Admissions Advisers support learners throughout their journey with us, from initial enquiry or application to enrolment and beyond.
You will interact with customers via telephone and digital messaging from their earliest enquiry, and processing them through application stage to enrolment. You’ll process course payments and refunds, and ensure customer feedback is recorded and reported on.
This is a permanent, part-time role working on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Reading College Campus.
