Academics are working with an outstanding Primary School based in the London borough of Hounslow seeking a passionate, personable General Teaching Assistant (TA) commencing ASAP or Jan 2023. If you are an aspiring teacher seeking to gain experience working with children in a mainstream primary school or an experience Teaching Assistant looking for a new, exciting assignment, then this is the ideal opportunity for you! The Role: General Teaching Assistant Primary School Full-time £70- £90 per day PAYE Location: Hounslow Teacher Training ProspectsThis Primary Schools is ambitious, diligent, and dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and supportive SLT and student body, to guarantee you are comfortable and confident and, therefore, able to establish exceptional support for the children. The successful candidate will be supporting Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring each child is fulfilling the learning objective for each lesson and reaching their full potential. Your role has the potential to be varied, expected to partake in a range of activities as well as working closely with a teacher or 1 to 1 responsibilities with the children. Working as a TA can be challenging and demanding, but if you have the right attitude then this is a great opportunity to gain experience in education in a supportive school environment. There are also extensive opportunities to support children with Special Educational Needs if this was something the candidate was interested in or passionate about. Candidate requirements: Minimum of level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or Graduate Degree required. Must be resilient and patient, delivering mental support for children. Exceptional behaviour management skills. Communicate effectively with students, ensuring clarity and understanding.
