Associate Professional Development Coach – Management Level 7

Self Employed - £45 per hour up to 10 hours per week

This is an associate post, and the associate will be expected to send invoices for payment.

Location: Colchester

We are looking for a self-employed Associate Professional Development Coach for apprentices undertaking a level 7 management apprenticeship.

About the role

With responsibility for a caseload of apprentices, you will provide support, mentoring and coaching through to end point assessment to ensure that all learners achieve to the best of their abilities and that any barriers to achievement are overcome.

About you

With recent and demonstrable industry experience in management and leadership ideally at a senior management level, you will be familiar with apprenticeship standards and experienced in working with diverse groups of learners. You will have excellent communication skills, a wide knowledge of management and leadership disciplines and high-level organisational skills.
