Lecturer Hair and Beauty

Part time         7 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:            £24,202 to £31,594 per annum (£4,578 to £5,977 pro rata)

Fixed Term:    February 2023 to July 2024

We are seeing a Lecturer who is a committed individual and has the vision and skill to make a substantial contribution to developing the curriculum of Hair and Beauty.

The ideal candidate should have an assessor’s qualification and must have professional qualifications at level 3 in Hair & Beauty. 

Excellent communication and organisational skills are another pre-requisite, as is the ability to be an effective team member.

The successful candidate must have;

• A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or similar equivalent
• Demonstrate an understanding of the current and future curriculum developments within own specialist area
• Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE A*-C,4-9) or equivalent
