Learning Development Officer


To oversee the planning and delivery of the programme of staff development supporting the College's strategic aims to improve the quality of education.


Planning and managing of the mentoring scheme for newly appointed managers across theCollege.


To co-ordinate the training needs analysis across the College to link strategic priorities:


To facilitate staff development activities including the induction sessions for new staff. 1S


To co-ordinate Taking Teaching Further.


To respond promptly and efficiently to responses for staff development via the training needs analysis.


Participate in and successfully complete an agreed programme of management development, to include training programmes. work shadowing and other activities, as appropriate,


To ensure accuracy of data is upheld and maintained, carrying out regular audits to ensure compliance.


To co-ordinate College CPD full days and support faculty areas with the organisation

arrangements for CPD.


To develop Learning and Development programmes that are aligned, to organisation goals.
