We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Human Resources, based at our Enfield Centre with travel across our Centres around London, as required.
We are looking for a subject expert who can lead, inspire and motivate our hard-working HR Team in delivering a robust and professional HR services. The role holder will help educate our managers on good people management and support the wider contribution the People agenda makes to the College achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
The ideal person will take initiative in the development of People Services whilst effectively managing the HR systems and services needed for an organisation like Capel Manor College. Having grown significantly in size in the last 10 years, there is plenty of scope for developing the service.
The successful candidate will be a professionally qualified HR practitioner having perhaps already been the Head of a small team with an eye on the future or an HR Business Partner in a larger organisation with a desire to make a bigger impact. They will need to have an understanding from day one of the processes needed to make an HR department effective. Knowledge of employment law is a must, and experience of education would be useful but not essential.
