About the role:
You will responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 25 hours per week, based at our Blackbird Leys campus. There is some flexibility around which days and times for the right candidate, so please include your preference on your application form.
What do you need to join our Group Administration team at Activate Learning?
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes – for example, MS Office, especially Word, Google docs and MS 365 is essential.
