About the Role
RHACC currently has exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced counselling tutors. As a variable hours tutor, you will be part of our teaching team that deliver our Level 4, Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and other qualification courses. Working closely with the Programme Manager for Counselling, you will be assigned to a suitable Diploma course/s for which you will plan and deliver high quality learning programmes that meet the needs of all learners. You will be responsible for the management of coursework and ePortfolios via an [online] learning platform. You will complete standard quality assurance tasks related to course planning and management, learner attendance and punctuality, learner progression, assessment and evaluation. You will be invited to attend regular 1:1 and team meetings. You may also assist with learner recruitment processes.
