We are looking for a generalist Human Resources Administrator to join our friendly HR team providing an efficient and customer focused service to c. 700 staff. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will deliver a range of HR administrative functions including co-ordinating pre-employment checks, preparing new starter packs and contracts of employment, updating HR systems as well as providing basic guidance on HR policies and procedures.
You should possess a Level 3 or higher qualification, have excellent IT skills and have successful experience of working in an administrative role. Previous experience of working in a HR or training role would be an advantage.
