Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer

We are seeking an efficient Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer to join our Themis team. This is an integral role within the team, providing high quality, robust information and guidance surrounding apprenticeships to ensure the continuation of our successful apprenticeship programme.

You will utilise your knowledge of and passion for successful apprenticeship programmes, to motivate and drive all divisions with apprentice enrolments to achieve the requisite targets. You will ensure our College apprentices progress through the varying levels of apprenticeship qualifications via the routes most appropriate for the learner and their employer, ultimately successfully and consistently achieving the College’s apprenticeship increasing targets and strict deadlines.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues in divisions delivering apprenticeships and working with employers, to source and recruit aspiring successful apprentices via cold calling, e-mail, face to face and social media. You will manage all apprenticeship vacancies and book interviews for candidates to attend our recruitment events.

Our new Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer will have experience of cold calling and achieving targets and will be able to display outstanding customer service skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The salary for this post is up to £24,394.
