Job Location: Derby College Ilkeston Campus, Ilkeston Reference number: E5042 Salary: £19,061 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Closing date: 5th February 2023 Interview Date: 10th February 2023 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Services team as a Contact Centre Operator at our Ilkeston campus. This role is vital to the College and the students that we support. You will be providing information, advice and guidance on College services and products, and full training will be provided.
You will be working in a fast-paced and customer focussed environment, providing a high-quality service to a diverse range of enquirers using a range of communication mechanisms including email, telephone and web enquiries.
If you have experience of working within a college environment and/or in a contact centre then that's great, and if you don't then that's also great! As long as you have the key skills and passion to be successful in this role, we will train you to do the rest.
