We are recruiting two Facilities Co-ordinators to support the Facilities Manager in providing a safe, secure and clean learning environment that is conducive to the delivery of high-quality learning. You will ensure timely and effective arrangements are in place to support the delivery of the facilities department.

Operating in a flexible and professional manner you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the facilities management services.

One role will be responsible for Maintenance and Minor Projects within the College and the other will be for Premises Operations across all buildings.

The successful candidates are required to have a wealth of knowledge surrounding the principles of facilities management/property/maintenance. Experience of working within a similar technical support role and of managing compliance records and producing reporting metrics is essential.

The salary for these posts is up to £26,688.
