Exams Officer

We are seeking an Exams Officer to administer the Exams process for the College, working with the Exams team and supporting our staff to ensure all Awarding Body and JCQ regulations are met successfully.

The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of conducting public examinations, and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be experienced using student record systems and Exam module.

With a good general education including 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to at least Grade C including English, you will also possess an awareness of Exam processes within an Educational setting and have the experience of prioritising work to deadlines, to ensure all deadlines are met with Awarding Bodies. You will provide a first-class level of customer service with all internal and external stakeholders.

Our Exams Officer will liaise with awarding bodies, being the main point of contact for examinations and assessments. They will register or enter candidates for examination or assessment and work closely with the Learning Support team in implementing examination access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for eligible candidates.
