Early Years Forest School Teacher (Part-time) Bootle, Sefton £17,000- £25,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) Immediately May 2023 The School and Role This charming, two-from entry school in Bootle, Sefton are looking for a nurturing and passionate teacher to work with the Early Years department as part of their Forest School. The role will be part-time, working Mon-Fri, 8:30am-12pm and will start immediately until the end of May, however; the school are open to extending the role should the candidate be the right fit. The role will be based outdoors in the Forest School, where children are encouraged to play and explore, which promotes social and emotional development. The school's curriculum is based on high quality texts using them as the corner stone for each term. High quality texts are used as the hook for developing a love of reading, which is fundamental as the majority of their children will not even be read a bedtime story. The school are unwavering in prioritising basic skills which will enable every child to succeed in future life English, Mathematics, Computing, along with strong focus on personal development to enable their pupils to be resilient and confident and treat themselves and others with respect.
