Apprenticeship Administrator

Permanent, Part Time (0.5)

Carshalton College is seeking an Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administration support to the Head of College Administration, Head of School and staff in order to support the effective management and delivery of apprenticeships and it’s operation within the College.

Working as part of a team, you will liaise with Apprenticeship staff and cross-college services on apprentice and staff matters and manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to apprenticeships/curriculum. You will also provide effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression and admissions.

We’d like our Apprenticeship/Curriculum Administrator to have previous experience of providing strong administrative support within a fast-paced environment and be able to build relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively. With a high level of computer literacy, you will work effectively under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

Experience of working within a curriculum setting is desirable, as is experience of supporting students, parents and staff and achieve successful resolutions to enquiries.
