Additionally, they should possess good organisational skills and be able to work collaboratively with our experienced teachers and support staff to create a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive, and caring learning environment for students with special educational needs.
• Provide students with the necessary guidance and support to reach their full potential and make strides towards achieving their goals
• Work together with parents, guardians, and external organisations to ensure that our students receive the best possible outcomes
• Create and implement new ideas and activities to engage children with special needs and help them learn.
• Keep precise and current records of student progress and development
