We are currently recruiting for an End-Point Assessment (EPA) Coach, who will work alongside the curriculum divisions to provide 1:1 or group support, guidance, and preparation for end point assessments, ensuring apprentices attain their apprenticeship standard within the set time frames and achieving their aspirational grades.

With an appropriate qualification to at least level 3, including English and Maths qualifications, ideally you will also have knowledge of current issues in further education, particularly in relation to apprenticeships and of end point assessments. Experience of working with young people and/or in an educational setting is essential.

The successful post holder will be pro active in developing relationships with subject teachers, trainers and Trainer/Assessors to ensure wrap around support for all learners in readiness for learners to undertake their end point assessment.
