Lecturer / Assessor – Management Level 3, 5 and 7

Colchester

Up to £37,733 per annum

Permanent – Full Time – 37 hours per week

We are looking for a Lecturer / Assessor for apprentices undertaking a level 3, 5 and 7 management apprenticeship.

About the role

In this role you will train, coach, mentor and assess a caseload of apprentices both in the college via formalised teaching sessions and in the workplace via coaching and observations towards agreed qualifications and apprenticeship standards.

The role will include developing apprentices’ knowledge, skills and behaviours via robust planning and assessment in preparation for End Point Assessment ensuring that all apprentices successfully complete their apprenticeship to include the End Point Assessment.

About you

With recent and demonstrable industry experience in management and leadership ideally at a senior management level, you will be familiar with apprenticeship standards and experienced in working with diverse groups of learners. You will have excellent communication skills, a wide knowledge of management and leadership disciplines and high-level organisational skills.
