Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicester
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

MK College Group have an exciting new opportunity for a Programme Manager for Maths at the new, soon to be opened prison, HMP Fosse Way in Leicester.
As a successful Programme Manager, you will work closely with your designated Deputy Education Manager to effectively lead on the qualifications in your relevant strand. You will lead a team of delivery specialists in their everyday work activities providing guidance and support in the development and delivery of qualifications.
You will be dedicated to delivering learning success through effective leadership and collaboration. Your focus will be on the success of the students and to support improvement within the department. You will lead on the delivery, design and development of programmes, maintaining an oversight of the student journey to ensure they have an excellent learning experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual who can provide high-quality programmes and support students who may have little experience of education. This will be a challenging yet highly rewarding role!
