An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Science team for a full time Lecturer. This role is perfectly suited for an enthusiastic and flexible person.

Due to the expansion of science within the College, we have an exciting opportunity within the department. We are looking for a passionate person to join our forward-thinking team, teaching on our Level 3 Forensic and Criminal Investigation with Psychology, Science course.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic, strong team within a larger high functioning department. There are a range of modules available to teach including Forensic Psychology, Criminology, Criminal Psychology. 

There will also be opportunities to work across a variety of programmes in FE and HE.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work with experience of personal tutoring including target setting.

Teaching experience and/or a psychology and forensic science background would be desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills. We would also welcome applications from individuals who do not have a forensic science background but do have significant psychology experience.
