About the role: Project Coordinator

Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Institutional Effectiveness team.

The role will predominately involve maintaining and organising project documentation and schedules to ensure on time completion of all task assignments.

You will work at the centre of project delivery for software applications and process improvement, supporting the Project Manager and Business Analyst to ensure project deliverables are created and that defined projects run to time and budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in project administration and coordination, as well as developing a range of transferrable skills.

You will be exposed to teams and projects across Activate Learning and opportunities to be involved in projects are never in short supply, so in addition to an incredibly varied role, you are continuously developing your skillset and knowledge base.

Permanent, full-time role

Location: Flexibility to be based at either our Oxford or Reading campus

Salary: £25,927 - £28,627 per annum, depending on skills and experience

What do you need to be a successful Project Coordinator at Activate Learning?

We are looking for highly organised and detail orientated individuals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

You will be part of a driven, creative and supportive team that work hard together to deliver impactful change to the organisation.

About you:

• GCSE English at grade 4/C or above or equivalent
• Experience in an administration, coordination, or related role
• Team player with the ability to build relationships and good negotiation skills
• Ability to understand a project plan and oversee task list and delivery plans is desirable, but not essential

Ideally, you will have experience in a software development or business analytics environment or be keen to develop a further understanding of the sector and how systems and processes can be used efficiently and ensuring they are relevant to the user so that they can have maximum impact.
