We are seeking a Graduate Secondary School Support Staff member to join our team at a school in Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will provide support to the teaching staff in delivering an outstanding education to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the teaching staff in delivering lessons
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials
• Support the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records and filing
• Provide assistance during exams and assessments
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• A university degree, preferably in a relevant subject area
• Experience working with children or young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Enthusiasm for education and working with young people
