Employability and Progression Lecturer

Job Title: Lecturer in Employability and Progression

Salary: Up to £33,528 pa

Hours Per Week: 35

We are actively searching for a Lecturer in Employability and Progression to join our Additional Learning Support team at our Conway Park Campus for 35 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £33,528 per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job
  • To assist in the development, organisation and management of high quality teaching and learning in the area of Employability and Progression
  • To support College attendance, retention and achievement strategies by providing high quality, proactive teaching and support to learners on discrete L1/NEET provision.
  • To provide, on a one to one and group basis, high quality interventions that encourage learners to engage whilst enabling the achievement of realistic yet challenging goals to support future success and progression.
  • To work directly with all curriculum and support staff to ensure learners are fully engaged with all aspects of their study programme, college life and achieving to the best of their ability.
About You
  • Level 2 English and Maths
  • Experience of developing and delivering, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of students
  • Capable of identifying learning needs and developing learning materials to suit identified needs.
