The Role The Work Experience Advisor and Assessor role provides an opportunity for a passionate assessor to work within a successful placement team. The role will work closely with the curriculum team to ensure the students are making progress and are supported in their placement, while fostering strong relationships with the employers.
To source high quality work placements and/or other work-related activities for all students on Early Years Study Programmes, ensuring the placements meet the students' career aspirations and fulfil the requirements of their course.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in Childcare
- Experience of assessing within the Childcare setting
- Experience of working with study programme work placement requirements
- Ability to develop relationships with employers, students and curriculum staff to get the best results
- Good planning and coordination skills to ensure the case load of students is managed and supported
