West London College (WLC) is looking for a highly skilled Student Services Manager to provide an excellent service for students aligned to our core values and strategic plan. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating student services within a college-based setting. They will also have experience in safeguarding vulnerable learners, ensuring that policies and practices are up to date and in line with current legislation, as well as being highly effective and an excellent communicator.
Candidates should have experience of delivering outstanding and comprehensive services to existing and prospective students and the ability to achieve these objectives across the five sites we occupy in West London.
Reporting to the Head of Student Services, the successful candidate will be highly organised, able to balance competing priorities and lead a staff team, encouraging innovation and excellence and ensuring that the student experience is of the highest quality.
