Group Director: Quality and Teaching and Learning Improvement
Location: Chaffron Way and Bletchley campuses (with flexibility to work from home)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (Subject to experience)
Reporting to: Principal: Milton Keynes College

We are looking for an inspiring leader to take on this new role, responsible for driving the Quality of provision through developing expert Teaching and Learning, championing a culture of high expectations, with a clear vison and determination to support the Group to be outstanding.
The Group has a wide reach, and you will create and drive a Quality Strategy and culture of inclusion across all aspects including Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, Adult, HE, Prison Services, our community offer and our new South Central Institute of Technology.
