Smile Education are proud to support a Primary School in ST2 in their search for a full-time Admin Assistant to support their busy Admin team. About the role: You will be providing support to the Admin team, working on a full-time, temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent. Potential permanent start date: September 2023 The working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, working Monday-Friday. Salary: £12-£14 p/h. Start date: ASAP. You will have previous experience working in an administrative role, and will preferably have experience using SIMS. Your responsibilities: Greeting pupils, parents, and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email queries, handling these appropriately. Communicate with parents regarding pupil absence. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other staff. Drafting/sending letters. Managing documents and input data.
