The Learning Zone provides a high-quality service to all learners at Preston College. The Learning Resources Officer will contribute to the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Learning Zone by developing systems to assist students and staff in making full use of resources and creating a vibrant and inviting environment to support group and individual learning. The Learning Resources Officer will deliver a service that is responsive to student and staff needs through the provision, promotion and maintenance of appropriate learning resources, with particular regard to e-learning resources, providing support and training for students and staff.
Job Title: Learning Resources Officer
Salary: SCP 16 £23,195– SCP 20 £24,610 per annum pro rata, Depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: 0.72FTE 29.6 hours over 4 days of the week to include Monday and Friday. Term Time Only 40 weeks per year. 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
