You will also need to be able to work closely with Personal tutors and Student mentors to ensure learners are fully supported throughout their time with us and ready to hit the ground running in the real world.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for: - Teaching HSC courses ranging from Entry level to foundation degrees
- Delivering content on BTEC Health Science and T-Level Health
- Support colleagues with pastoral duties to give learners rounded support
- Championing our single-minded commitment to putting students first
- Exemplifying our values of Fairness, Respect & Equality
After your first year with us, success would look like: - 1st-year students with a target grade of Pass achieved Merit or Distinction by end-of-year
- Have built student skills to a high level in preparation for industry
- Enthusiastically engaged with our dedicated continuous professional development programme to expand your education skills and further your FE career
