The school caters for 80 boys aged 7 to 16 years, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. They understand that every student is unique, and are committed to providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to support the delivery of high-quality education and care for students. Assist with the planning and implementation of individualised education plans (EHCPs) to meet each student's specific needs. Provide classroom support, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Offer emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to develop coping strategies and build resilience. Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reporting any concerns. Promote positive behavior management techniques and ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere within the school.Requirements: Experience working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health needs is highly desirable.
