This role will provide leadership and management to RHACC's Supported Learning provision at its Richmond and Kingston sites and in community and outreach settings. This will include responsibility for the leadership of learning support services to learners on mainstream provision.
The Head will be responsible for the development and delivery of a curriculum that empowers adult learners who have a broad range of learning difficulties and disabilities and gives them the skills and qualifications to progress to work, improved wellbeing and greater independence.

You will be experienced in organising services that enable people who have a disability or learning difficulty to fully participate and achieve their potential. You will have a proven track record of managing improvements, achieving high standards and securing positive and meaningful learner outcomes. You will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and thrive in a diverse environment.
