Position: Reception/Admin Staff Location: Waltham Forest Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service at the reception desk Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry Handling student attendance records and ensuring accurate data entry using SIMS (School Information Management System) Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to maintain efficient communication channels Supporting various administrative tasks as assigned by the school management Requirements: Familiarity Previous administrative experience is preferred with attendance management and experience using SIMS is highly desirable Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff members Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service Joining the team as Reception/Admin Staff offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of their school and make a positive impact on the lives of their students and their families.
