About the Role

To support the course team; to plan and organise routine team operations and to ensure the efficient implementation of College policies and procedures in order to deliver the highest possible quality curriculum to students.

Qualifications:

  • A degree (BA/BSC) in Music Production & Recording or a relevant subject area (essential)

  • A formal teaching qualification at level 4 (CTLLS or equivalent) or above (desirable)

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of working in education (desirable)

  • A demonstrable record of success in previous roles. 

  • Significant successful experience of teaching on the relevant course area

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the subject area, syllabus requirements and appropriate teaching techniques; an awareness of requirements of awarding bodies.

  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanisms for the identification, assessment and support of learner needs

  • Understanding of equality and diversity within the curriculum, barriers to learning and strategies to overcome these
