About the Role
To support the course team; to plan and organise routine team operations and to ensure the efficient implementation of College policies and procedures in order to deliver the highest possible quality curriculum to students.
Main Responsibilities
Qualifications:
A degree (BA/BSC) in Music Production & Recording or a relevant subject area (essential)
A formal teaching qualification at level 4 (CTLLS or equivalent) or above (desirable)
Knowledge and Experience
Experience of working in education (desirable)
A demonstrable record of success in previous roles.
Significant successful experience of teaching on the relevant course area
Up-to-date knowledge of the subject area, syllabus requirements and appropriate teaching techniques; an awareness of requirements of awarding bodies.
Knowledge and understanding of mechanisms for the identification, assessment and support of learner needs
Understanding of equality and diversity within the curriculum, barriers to learning and strategies to overcome these
